Boxley Honey

Boxley
Situated between Boxley Village and Blue Bell Hill on the top of Kent’s North downs in an AONB, at 186m (610ft) above sea level, the apiary is surrounded by arable Farmland. This has produced a light, sweet and delicate honey. The local Flora in the area has a high glucose content, which sets the honey fairly quickly.
The 2025 Spring Crop honey is Oil Seed Rape (OSR). This is a beautifully flavoured honey which sets quickly. Allegedly, OSR is one of the most beneficial sources of nutrients for the bees themselves
